What we offer

Our estate grown wines are primarily of the Bordeaux varietals. To create the type, style, and quality the finest farming, cultivation, stock, and soil are employed. Importantly, with an exceptional winemaker committed to our vision we offer the following for your enjoyment…

Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the world’s most widely recognized red wine grape varieties. It is grown in nearly every major wine producing country among a diverse spectrum of climates from Canada’s Okanagan Valley to Lebanon’s Beqaa Valley.

Cabernet Franc is one of the major black grape varieties worldwide. It is principally grown for blending with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in the Bordeaux style, but can also be vinified alone, as in the Loire’s Chinon.

Syrah also known as Shiraz is a dark-skinned grape variety grown throughout the world and used primarily to produce red wine.

Petit Verdot is a variety of red wine grape, principally used in classic Bordeaux blends. It ripens much later than the other varieties in Bordeaux, often too late, so it fell out of favour in its home region.

Cuvée is a French wine term derived from cuve, meaning vat or tank. The term cuvée is used with several different meanings, more or less based on the concept of a tank of wine put to some purpose: On wine labels to denote wine of a specific blend or batch.

Sauvignon blanc is a green-skinned grape variety that originates from the Bordeaux region of France. The grape most likely gets its name from the French words sauvage and blanc due to its early origins as an indigenous grape in South West France.

  • Brut

Brut is a term applied to the driest Champagne and sparkling wines. Brut wines are drier which means they contain less residual sugar than those labeled “extra dry.” Extra Brut denotes a wine that’s extremely dry, sometimes totally dry.

  • Rose

A rosé is a type of wine that incorporates some of the color from the grape skins, but not enough to qualify it as a red wine. It may be the oldest known type of wine, as it is the most straightforward to make with the skin contact method.

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Olive oil is a fat obtained from the olive, a traditional tree crop of the Mediterranean Basin. The oil is produced by pressing whole olives and is commonly used in cooking, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals.

  • Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar

Balsamic vinegar is a vinegar originating from Italy, increasingly popular throughout the world. The original, costly, traditional balsamic vinegar, is made from a reduction of cooked white Trebbiano grape juice, and used as a condiment.
